Why don't you try stir fry green beans recipe with ground chicken?

It's a simple recipe and easy to follow. And you don't need much ingredients to make this. And eat it with some white rice. Simple and delicious.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

300 gr green beans
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 Red chilies, sliced thinly
2 Green Chilies, sliced thinly
2 Shallots, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
15 Fresh Basil leaves
100 gram ground chicken
100 cc water
3 tablespoon light soya sauce (kikkoman)
1 Tomato, sliced
Salt

Instructions:

Slice the beans in 2 inch lengths, or if you use frozen green beans, they are already on length and shorten the time to clean it up.

Heat the sesame oil and add the minced garlic and shallots. Stir it until fragrant. Add the ground chicken, fry it until the chicken is done. Add the red chilies and green chilies. Stir it occasionaly for a few minutes.

Add the beans, light soy sauce, tomato and salt. Add some water and cooked them for a few minutes until the beans are tender, but still crispy to the bite. And for the last, add the basil leaves. Stir it. Remove.

Serve hot and enjoy.

I don't think Asians use ground chicken in their cooking... mostly ground pork, so find a pork recipe and use the chicken! Like won-tons or pork/shrimp egg rolls!

These simple meatballs make great finger food:

ASIAN CHICKEN MEATBALLS

500g chicken mince
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tab finely grated ginger
1 tab cornstarch
1 tab oyster sauce
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 tab sweet chilli sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine mince, ginger, sauces, onions, cornstarch and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll mixture into small balls and place on a sprayed tray. Spray all over with cooking oil.
Add meatballs, in two batches, to a heated non-stick skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, for about 6 mins or until browned and cooked through. Serve with extra chilli sauce.
