Ingredients : 500 g pork, 2 chicken breasts, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, prosciutto 100 g, 50 g bread crumbs, 3 eggs, 1 twig of thyme, 250 ml semi-dry white wine, 1 bunch parsley, butter and flour to form, 800 g potatoes, 4 tomatoes, oil, salt and pepper.
Method: boned chicken breasts, wash and cut into smaller pieces. Wash the pork, cut into pieces and give the right through the mincer with chicken.
Clean onions and garlic, chop finely and place over meat. Heat 100 ml oil in a saucepan, add meat mixed with onion and cook.
Season, pour white wine, one cup water and simmer until the meat has softened. Place in a colander and allow to cool.
When cool enough to mix well with eggs, bread crumbs, finely chopped prosciutto, chopped parsley, salt and pepper if more is needed.
Grease a pan with butter and coat with flour, pour the composition and place in oven. It takes 30-45 min., Remove and let cool in pan for 10 min.
